OVERVIEW

        Multiple vulnerabilities have been identified in Wireshark that 
        affect versions prior to 1.10.9. [1 - 4]


IMPACT

        The vendor has provided the following details on these 
        vulnerabilities:
        
        "CVE-2014-5161, CVE-2014-5162: The Catapult DCT2000 and IrDA 
        dissectors could underrun a buffer." [1]
        
        "CVE-2014-5163: The GTP and GSM Management dissectors could crash. 
        [2]"
        
        "CVE-2014-5164: The RLC dissector could crash." [3]
        
        "CVE-2014-5165: The ASN.1 BER dissector could crash." [4]


MITIGATION

        The vendor recommends upgrading to the latest version of Wireshark.
