CVE ID : CVE-2021-40085
Debian Bug : #993398

It was discovered that there was an issue where authenticated
attackers could have reconfigured dnsmasq via a crafted
extra_dhcp_opts value within OpenStack's Neutron virtual network
service.

For Debian 9 "Stretch", this problem has been fixed in version

We recommend that you upgrade your neutron packages.
