VULNERABILITY SUMMARY
A security vulnerability has been identified in the HPE Edgeline Infrastructure
Manager, also known as HPE Edgeline Infrastructure Management Software. The 
vulnerability could be remotely exploited to bypass authentication leading to 
execution of arbitrary commands, gaining privileged access, causing denial of
service, and changing the configuration.

Note: Version 1.22 of EIM as stated in revision 1 of this bulletin did not completely
address the issue CVE-2021-29203. HPE released v1.23 that completely addressed the issue.

RESOLUTION
HPE has made the following software updates available to resolve the vulnerability
in the HPE Edgeline Infrastructure Manager:

HPE Edgeline Infrastructure Manager version 1.23 or later.

Note: 1.Version 1.22 of EIM as stated in revision 1 of this bulletin did not
completely address the issue CVE-2021-29203. HPE released v1.23 that completely
addressed the issue. 2.EIM is not available directly from HPE Support Center. 
Please contact HPE EIM support to obtain the update.
