Details

It was discovered that Django incorrectly accepted semicolons as query
parameters. A remote attacker could possibly use this issue to perform a
Web Cache Poisoning attack.

Update instructions

The problem can be corrected by updating your system to the following package
versions:

Ubuntu 20.10

  o python3-django - 2:2.2.16-1ubuntu0.2

Ubuntu 20.04

  o python3-django - 2:2.2.12-1ubuntu0.4

Ubuntu 18.04

  o python-django - 1:1.11.11-1ubuntu1.11
  o python3-django - 1:1.11.11-1ubuntu1.11

In general, a standard system update will make all the necessary changes.
