(CVE-2020-5919) Impact TMM may generate a core file and restart, causing traffic disruption or a failover event. Security Advisory Recommended Actions If you are running a version listed in the Versions known to be vulnerable column, you can eliminate this vulnerability by upgrading to a version listed in the Fixes introduced in column. Mitigation To mitigate this vulnerability, you can avoid using Modern customization when creating your BIG-IP APM access profile. To do so, perform the following procedure: Impact of action: Performing the following procedure should not have a negative impact on your system. 1. Log in to the Configuration utility. 2. Go to Access > Profiles / Policies > Access Profiles (Per-Session Policies) . 3. Select Create. 4. For Customization Type, select Standard. 5. Enter a name, select a profile type, and complete other required settings. 6. Select Finished.
