Docker is an open-source engine that automates the deployment of any
application as a lightweight, portable, self-sufficient container that runs

* docker: Security regression of CVE-2019-5736 due to inclusion of
vulnerable runc (CVE-2020-14298)

* docker: Security regression of CVE-2016-9962 due to inclusion of
vulnerable runc (CVE-2020-14300)
