(CVE-2019-13232) Impact Local users with administrative access to the BIG-IP Advanced Shell (bash) may be able to perform a resource-consumption denial-of-service (DoS) attack. This attack can only be exploited by uncompressing a ZIP file using the zip or unzip utility from the command line or by a user-generated script. No F5 scripts or utilities call these programs to unpack a ZIP archive. Security Advisory Status F5 Product Development has assigned ID 819053 (BIG-IP), ID 834185 (BIG-IQ), and CPF-25130 and CPF-25130 (Traffix) to this vulnerability. To determine if your product and version have been evaluated for this vulnerability, refer to the Applies to (see versions) box.
