A security issue affects these releases of Ubuntu and its derivatives:

  o Ubuntu 19.04
  o Ubuntu 18.04 LTS
  o Ubuntu 16.04 LTS

Summary

Several security issues were fixed in curl.

Software Description

  o curl - HTTP, HTTPS, and FTP client and client libraries

Details

Thomas Vegas discovered that curl incorrectly handled memory when using
Kerberos over FTP. A remote attacker could use this issue to crash curl,
resulting in a denial of service. (CVE-2019-5481)

Thomas Vegas discovered that curl incorrectly handled memory during TFTP
transfers. A remote attacker could use this issue to crash curl, resulting in a
denial of service, or possibly execute arbitrary code. (CVE-2019-5482)

The problem can be corrected by updating your system to the following package
