The flaws in the HTTP Digest Authentication processing, the HTTP Basic Authentication processing and in the cachemgr.cgi allowed remote attackers to perform denial of service and cross-site scripting attacks, and potentially the execution of arbitrary code. For the stable distribution (buster), these problems have been fixed in version 4.6-1+deb10u1. We recommend that you upgrade your squid packages. For the detailed security status of squid please refer to its security tracker page at: https://security-tracker.debian.org/tracker/squid Further information about Debian Security Advisories, how to apply these updates to your system and frequently asked questions can be found at: https://www.debian.org/security/ Mailing list: debian-security-announce@lists.debian.org - -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- iQKTBAEBCgB9FiEERkRAmAjBceBVMd3uBUy48xNDz0QFAl1hInNfFIAAAAAALgAo aXNzdWVyLWZwckBub3RhdGlvbnMub3BlbnBncC5maWZ0aGhvcnNlbWFuLm5ldDQ2 NDQ0MDk4MDhDMTcxRTA1NTMxRERFRTA1NENCOEYzMTM0M0NGNDQACgkQBUy48xND z0TlxRAAmTnC2CP5i6uaW780UYQURd72nzQibuKPgHlO2Dy9+TAV/Ypc2htXYt5Z BAuWsDyZNO4Ruc/DZvSD2Eh20CdHVTKHJoY2qDcKKnQV4XVR+LEQ0kcUbp2VDA4s c5YLV0xCfGccPaoSwenJoulKbBrK36ALa8pu0kLKjVmMYAuw1YL7uPHONpVJOlXS uZM0L+D4XhNN6XjjzaOOm9KH0+4PRVpz8iGCIVIRtjJOg2k7/yeYcgdNAFJ/542T 8B2np8Y8vLs4XFrHb4Hwn3pJNAMWpmy1o1vkF0OW1ioZ8WPuaiiG6fxnlF/A4ObY LJyu9raRinSf+bH4pY+K9lB4WK9GUOiAEFHvxhei40D5vyz8KBaYKeQhKrheSVUy 7CifMLBRwgTMpjWrApAM4dX2sEhmwbcph6hB5ksv40nsod19/4n4G3yWB5mXmTnT IdFmsH14EvrWmx2w1I1Wa4n5vjpAPw9MUUTHlviV/1gzrqrhHKiA41luWCEdR3p6 f41mLHn5oQsL8Loa3E3N8mtMabTn870Zm8pyxhizyKFEGGZ7cK42wMmhsfD570kB AKoGJgBF1chagKQFLDZHYc0ONidivwQFYFIOslZgDCskHJ+FdqUXAEbztK4KV8mI ZAUcoP4zhLf9MHuCGVMaBO5+OnZcaaQDSUXUZR3BZ18JUMuhxT8= =ZcG+ - -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- - --------------------------END INCLUDED TEXT-------------------- You have received this e-mail bulletin as a result of your organisation's registration with AusCERT.
