An update that contains security fixes can now be installed.

Description:

This update for openssl-1_1 to version 1.1.1b fixes the following issues:

  o Changed the info callback signals for the start and end of a post-handshake
    message exchange in TLSv1.3.
  o Fixed a bug in DTLS over SCTP. This breaks interoperability with older
    versions of OpenSSL like OpenSSL 1.1.0 and OpenSSL 1.0.2.
  o Fixed the handling of strerror_r with glibc.

Patch Instructions:

To install this SUSE Security Update use the SUSE recommended installation
methods like YaST online_update or "zypper patch".
