An update that fixes one vulnerability is now available.

Description:


This update for ed fixes the following security issues:

  o CVE-2017-5357: An invalid free in the regular expression handling of the
    "ed" command processing could allow local users to crash ed. (bsc#1019807)

To install this SUSE Security Update use the SUSE recommended installation
methods like YaST online_update or "zypper patch".
Alternatively you can run the command listed for your product:
