DESCRIPTION: Botan could allow a remote attacker to obtain sensitive 
information, caused by the failure to use a constant-time algorithm to perform
a modular inverse on the signature nonce k. A remote attacker could exploit 
this vulnerability to obtain ECDSA secret keys.
