Summary

The Jazz Team Server is shipped with the Apache Commons File Upload library
which contains a security vulnerability that could potentially be exploited
to cause a denial of service attack affecting the following IBM Jazz Team
Server based products: Collaborative Lifecycle Management (CLM), Rational
Requirements Composer (RRC), Rational DOORS Next Generation (RDNG), Rational
Engineering Lifecycle Manager (RELM), Rhapsody Design Manager (Rhapsody DM),
Rational Software Architect Design Manager (RSA DM), Rational Team Concert
(RTC), and Rational Quality Manager (RQM).

Description: Apache Commons FileUpload is vulnerable to a denial of service
attack. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability to cause the application
to enter into an infinite loop.
