Microsoft Corporation has released the following security bulletin
concerning a vulnerability in an inappropriate access control entry for the
Remote Access Connection Manager (RASMAN) in Microsoft Windows NT 4.0.
A user with a valid account on the vulnerable system may execute arbitrary
code instead of the service.

This vulnerability may allow valid users of the system to gain privileged
access.  If the system allows users to log on from the network, this
vulnerability may be exploited remotely:
