Microsoft Corporation has released the following security bulletin
concerning two vulnerabilities in Internet Information Server 4.0. IIS may 
grant a restricted user's first request for an access session to a web site 
if that user's IP does not resolve to a domain.  It will correctly deny 
them thereafter. A user may access files by FTP from a system running IIS 
4.0 under Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 5 even if the file permissions should 
*not* allow it:
