It's been relatively quiet this week. A lot of vendors have been catching up with the new DNS specification. The vendors include Novell, Hewlett-Packard, and Solaris.

A couple of important advisories that we sent out include the Oracle alert, Novell eDirectory advisories, the Java update advisory and the Mozilla based products update advisory.

We came across an interesting website which covers internet security basics. Might be worth using in educational courses or similar.
