There have been a lot of reports about an issue with the Microsoft hotfix
MS08-037 (KB953230) and users with ZoneAlarm installed.

CheckPoint has reported that only Windows XP and Windows 2000 machines are
affected.

CheckPoint have released updated versions of their products which correct the 
issue
