OVERVIEW

        Blackboard Academic Suite contains a cross-site scripting
        vulnerability in its viewCatalog feature.


IMPACT

        An attacker could inject arbitrary HTML into a Blackboard user's
        session, possibly allowing cookie stealing or phishing attempts.


MITIGATION

        Users of Blackboard should upgrade to the latest versions of
        the product:

           Blackboard Academic Suite 6.3.1.683
           Blackboard Academic Suite 7.0.404.58
           Blackboard Academic Suite 7.1.467.35
           Blackboard Academic Suite 7.2.383.45
           Blackboard Academic Suite 7.3.216.0
           Blackboard Academic Suite 8.0.184.0
