OVERVIEW

A vulnerability in GnuPG 1.4.8 and 2.0.8 may allow a remote
attacker to crash GnuPG or possibly execute arbitrary code[1].

IMPACT

If a specially crafted duplicate key was imported from a key
server, the creator of that key may be able to execute code
in the context of the user running GnuPG.

MITIGATION

Users of GnuPG should upgrade to versions 1.4.9 or 2.0.9. In
the mean time, take care not to import duplicate keys with the
        --refresh-keys or --import options.
