OVERVIEW

TikiWiki 1.9.9 has been released fixing four security flaws. [1]

IMPACT

A path transversal vulnerability was found by Jesus Olmos Gonzalez
in tiki-listmovies.php. This allows an attacker to read arbitrary
        files.

A Cross Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability was discovered in
tiki-special_chars.php by Mesut Timur. This would allow an attacker
to execute scripts on a user's web browser.

Two other vulnerabilities were discovered in tiki-edit_css.php,
        tiki-list_games.php, and tiki-g-admin_shared_source.php. The impact
        of these vulnerabilities is unknown.

MITIGATION

The TikiWiki development team has released version 1.9.9 to correct
these vulnerabilities. All users are recommended to upgrade. [2]
