OVERVIEW
Mambo 4.6.3 has been released fixing several security problems. [1]
IMPACT
The previous version of Mambo used a vulnerable version of PHPMailer
that had a remote code execution vulnerability. [1,2,3]
A Cross Site Scripting (XSS) flaw in the administrator backend has
been corrected. This vulnerability exists in a page only accessable to
administrator accounts, so normal user accounts are not affected. [1,2]
An unspecified vulnerability exists in the Mambo template chooser. [1,2]
MITIGATION
Update to the latest release of Mambo, version 4.6.3. [1]
