Microsoft Corporation has released the following security bulletin 
concerning a vulnerability in Microsoft Windows NT 4.0's "Recycle Bin".

Under specific conditions, this vulnerability may allow a malicious user
to create, delete or modify files in the Recycle Bin of another user who
shared the affected machine.
