OVERVIEW:
The login web page on the Novell Access Manager Identity Server
contains a cross-site scripting vulnerability, displaying
user-supplied content from URLs of the form:
http://host/nidp/idff/sso?RequestID=1234&IssueInstant=<scripting content>
IMPACT:
A remote attacker may execute arbitrary JavaScript in a legitimate
user's browser in the context of the Identity Server site.
This potentially allows the attacker to steal Identity Server
authentication credentials.
MITIGATION:
Identity Server builds 3.0.0-1013 shipped with Access Manager SP1 IR1
resolve this issue. Novell state the patch will also be included in
Access Manager 3 SP1.
