Microsoft Corporation has released the following security bulletin
concerning a buffer overrun vulnerability in file access URLs on Windows
95/98.  The vulnerability may allow a maliciously crafted URL to crash the 
local machine or execute arbitrary code as the user running the browser or 
email reader.

This vulnerability may be exploited when a user views a maliciously
crafted web page or email.  This vulnerability may allow remote users to
gain privileged access or to perform a Denial of Service Attack.
