The new Microsoft PowerPoint vulnerability reported in AL-2006.0070 [1]
has been confirmed to actually be an old vulnerability [2] patched in March
of this year.

Users and administrators who have not applied patch MS06-012 should do so as
soon as possible to protect against current in-the-wild exploits.
