Microsoft Corporation has released the following security bulletin
concerning a vulnerability in Microsoft Site Server and Microsoft
Commercial Internet System (MCIS).  If the cookie includes a GUID that is
used as an index for the server's database, the vulnerability may allow web
site clients to view or change personal details belonging to another client:
