OVERVIEW:
The Novell ZENworks Remote Diagnostics feature has incorrect access
control, allowing unauthorized regular users to access the diagnostic
information of remote managed clients.
IMPACT:
A regular user can use Console One to access detailed information
from ZENworks managed clients, including the following:
o Network open files
o Current NetWare connections and usernames
o NetWare client version and current context
o Win32 Processes
o Windows Services
o Windows Event Log
o Device Drivers
o Network stack configuration
o Printing Status
o Environment settings
o Windows memory
MITIGATION:
ZENworks for servers 3.0.2 Interim Release 4 fixes this vulnerability.
Patches for the other ZENworks products have not yet been released.
