There is a security vulnerability in the above mentioned products which
may allow an existing local user to elevate their privileges to the local
SYSTEM account level.  By default on Windows systems, the SYSTEM account
has greater privileges than the Administrators.

Administrators of the affected products are encouraged to evaluate their
exposure to this vulnerability and to apply the vendor patches as
appropriate.
