MPSB02-13 - ColdFusion MX file extension mappings

WHAT CUSTOMERS SHOULD DO:

ColdFusion MX customers who have not altered their web
server configuration after installing ColdFusion need not
take any action. ColdFusion MX customers on Unix platforms
who have manually configured a web server using the
instructions in "Installing ColdFusion MX," Chapter 2,
"Configuring web servers" should repeat the operation using
the -map switch to be sure that their web server does not
process ColdFusion files as static files.
