You will need to contact the "member admin" at your organisation to have your password reset. This will probably be the person who allocated your account in the first place.

If you are the "member admin" for your organisation, you will need to get your organisations primary contact to contact AusCERT and have the "member admin" account password reset.

Each AusCERT member organisation has a "member admin" account, it is through this account that accounts are granted and maintained to access the member only content on the AusCERT site.
