Mission
As the leading Computer Emergency Response Team for Australia and as a leading CERT in the Asia/Pacific Region, AusCERT will
maintain a world recognised reputation and trusted contact network of computer security experts around the world and we will continue providing prevention, response and mitigation strategies for members through:
- Information dissemination both nationally and throughout the region;
- Understanding local and global trends;
- World class incident response and support;
- Provision of leadership in the management and development of international and business Computer Security Incident Response Teams (CSIRTs);
- Leadership in advanced computer security education; and
- Being regarded as the employer of choice for leading security professionals.
