Details: EMC NetWorker client nsrpush process, when used, may leave certain files with insecure permissions. This could be exploited by a local user to manipulate scripts and execute malicious code as the root on the local system. Resolution: The following EMC NetWorker product contains a resolution for these issues: EMC NetWorker 7.6.5.3 and above EMC NetWorker 8.0.1.4 and above EMC strongly recommends that all customers upgrade to above NetWorker build.
