Can I obtain Extended Validation SSL (EV SSL) as part of the AusCERT CS PO Agreement?

Not yet. The provision of EV SSL certificates are not currently included as part of the AusCERT CS subscriber agreement. From September 2013, EV SSL certificates will be included in the basic AusCERT CS subscription fee. EV SSL certificates are not issued by AusCERT but are provided by Comodo and are subject to Comodo's CPS. (See clause 1.9 of the AusCERT CS PO Agreement). If your PO wishes to order Comodo EVSSL certificates, you may do so via the CSM. EVSSL certificates incur an additional charge.

Can I obtain Extended Validation SSL (EV SSL) Certificates through the CSM?

Yes but note that EVSSL certificates incur an additional charge. Also, the Comodo CPS and subscriber agreements for EV SSL certificates are available from the http://cs.auscert.org.au/repository.
