Abstract
WebSphere Application Server for z/OS V8.0 users who use distributed identity
mapping should install the RACF fix for OA38745 to ensure complete auditing
field generation,

Versions affected:
The distributed identity mapping function is new in WebSphere Application
Server Version 8.0. Previous versions of WebSphere Application Server for z/OS
are not affected.
Problem description:
The problem described in RACF APAR OA38745 can lead to a situation in which
distributed identity values are missing or incorrect in SMF type 80 records
for Insufficient Authority (INSAUTH) when the distributed identity mapping
function is used..
Solution:
WebSphere Application Server users who use the distributed identity mapping
function should apply the fix for APAR OA38745 to ensure that these fields are
completely and correctly filled in.
