Not too long ago AusCERT was seeking to hire two new staff. This experience showed me just how important it is to get your ad seen by the best possibly people. We tweeted it multiple times, places the ad on various job boards, and sent emails to a wide range of people who are (or were - who knew some of them now work in irrigation!) in the industry.
