AusCERT is the winner of the auDA Australia and New Zealand Internet Best Practice Award |

AusCERT won the award for its work to repatriate data stolen from malware infected computers so the affected parties can mitigate the harm. The initiative has allowed many thousands of victims all around the world to minimise subsequent harm arising from the compromise of their computers by malware.
