OVERVIEW

A vulnerability has been identified in IBM Websphere Application
Server 6.1 and 7.0, which could be exploited to bypass security
        restrictions.

IMPACT

A WS-Security policy set at operation level does not properly handle
inbound requests that lack a SOAPAction or WS-Addressing Action.

A remote attack could bypass security restrictions due to this flaw
        in JAX-WS applications [1, 2].

MITIGATION

The vendor recommends applying the latest Fix Pack for IBM Websphere
        Application Server [3].
