OVERVIEW
Joomla! 1.5.12 has been released correcting three (3) security
vulnerabilities. [1]
IMPACT
Two cross site scripting vulnerabilities were found in the Joomla
frontend and an information disclosure issue was exposed in the Admin
client.
The cross site scripting weaknesses are due to improper parsing of
HTTP_REFERRER and PHP_SELF. [2, 3]
Path information could be exposed due to certain files being missed
from the JEXEC check. [4]
MITIGATION
These vulnerabilities are fixed in version 1.5.12 available from
Joomla!'s website. [1]
