OVERVIEW:

       A new version of PHP 5 has been released, correcting one security
       issue and over one hundred bugs.


IMPACT:

       A segmentation fault caused by a problem in exif_read_data() on 
       certain corrupted .jpeg files can result in a denial of service.

MITIGATION:

       The vendor recommends upgrading to version 5.2.10. [3]
