OVERVIEW:
Microsoft has released Service Pack 2 for Windows Server 2008
and Windows Vista. Service Pack 2 supports new types of hardware and
new hardware standards and includes all updates since SP1.
DETAILS:
New functionality worth noting is that SP2 allows administrators to
deploy a single service pack for both clients and servers.
Service Pack 1 is a pre-requisite for installing Service Pack 2.
Service Pack 2 downloads are available for both 32-bit [1] and
64-bit [2] architectureS.

MITIGATION:
It is advised that you plan the rollout of the new service pack to
leverage the new technologies.
