OVERVIEW:
A vulnerability has been identified in IBM WebSphere Partner Gateway,
(WPG) 6.1.0 before 6.1.0.1 and 6.1.1 before 6.1.1.1.
IMPACT:
The vendor describes the vulnerability as:
"IBM WebSphere Partner Gateway could allow a local attacker to obtain
sensitive information, caused by insecure use of the schema DB2 instance
id to execute the bcgarchive archiver script. An attacker could exploit
this vulnerability using unknown attack vectors to obtain sensitive
information." [1]
MITIGATION:
Apply the latest fixpack. [2]
