OVERVIEW:
IBM have released Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM) 6.1 correcting a
number security vulnerabilties
IMPACT:
Vendor describes these vulnerbilities as:

TSM ADMIN COMMAND LINE VULNERABILITY" [1]
"IC39395 - IC39395 5698ISMSV 52A
PORT SCANNER HANGS OR CRASHES TSM SERVER" [1]
"IC37554 - IC37554 5698ISMSV 52A
TSM SERVER MAY ALLOW UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO SERVER VIA A CONSOL" [1]
MITIGATION:
Users of TSM can correct these security vulnerabilities by upgrading
to version 6.1
