OVERVIEW:
An updated version of phpMyAdmin has been released, correcting a
security vulnerability.
IMPACT:
A remote attacker may be able to include arbitrary files and inject
HTTP headers with manipulated URL parameters via the BLOB streaming
feature. [1]
MITIGATION:
phpMyAdmin version 2.11x is not affected. [1]
It is recommended that users of phpMyAdmin 3x upgrade to 3.1.3.1, or
apply the patch from the following location:
