Microsoft have updated MS09-003 to include Microsoft Exchange Server MAPI 
Client in the affected software. The vendor has stated:

"The Microsoft Exchange Server MAPI Client contains the vulnerable code. In 
order to be protected from the vulnerabilities described in this bulletin, 
customers running the Microsoft Exchange Server MAPI Client must update to 
version 6.5.8069 of the MAPI Client."
