OVERVIEW:

        phpBB version 3.0.4 has been released correcting two
        vulnerabilities. [1]


IMPACT:

        The first vulnerability could allow an unprivileged user to
        re-activate deactivated accounts. [1]

        The second vulnerability related to the way phpBB handled private
        messages in which a forum message was quoted where the forum
        required a password. [1]


MITIGATION:

        phpBB 3.0.4 has been released correcting these vulnerabilities. [2]
