IBM i has addressed the vulnerability. Vulnerability Details CVEID: CVE-2019-6471 DESCRIPTION: ISC BIND is vulnerable to a denial of service, caused by a REQUIRE assertion failure in dispatch.c when handling malformed packets. By sending specially-crafted packets, a remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to cause named to exit and result in a denial of service condition.
